and employment laws. Because most referring
firms specialize in different areas of law, outside
of egregiously culpable conduct in the work
place, they are ill-equipped to readily recognize
such violations. That's where we help. We will
come to your office and train your intake staff
how to quickly identify employment and labor
violations and send referrals our way.
Second, we provide referring firms with routine
updates. We understand that some cases are
referred to us on the fly. We don't want
referring firms to feel any uncertainty regarding
whether we took on the case or where the case
posture currently stands. As such, we not only
promptly inform referring firms whether we
take on the referral, but we also provide routine
progress reports so the referring firm knows
where the case stands at all times.
Third, because PLG's partners directly handle all
referred cases, we are available to discuss a
referred case at any time. We are also available
to discuss potential cases if a referring firm
requires more information or simply wants to
learn more about labor and employment law.
Whether you have a question about retaliation,
discrimination, or harassment or whether you
want to know if there is a meal break, rest
period, or regular rate violation, our partners
are more than happy to get on a call and
provide insight and guidance.
Finally, we promptly pay referral fees. As soon
as the settlement funds clear, partnering firms
can rest assured knowing that a referral check is

referral fee payment is a detailed breakdown of
how we calculate the referral fee amount.
